  • What happens if it rains?
    We recommend indoor backup options for outdoor events. If your event can’t be moved indoors, we can reschedule or issue a credit depending on availability.
  • Can I rent my package for longer than 4 hours?
    Absolutely! Each package includes 4 hours of fun, and if you’d like to extend your rental, we offer additional time at $50 per hour.
  • Do you deliver to my area?
    We offer free delivery within 20 miles of Louisville, KY. We can travel further for an additional fee—just send us your event location and we’ll confirm!
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, Play Garden is fully insured. A liability waiver must be signed before the event.
  • What do I need to prepare for the setup?
    Ensure the area is clean, clear, and flat before we arrive. Please measure the space to match the size of your package. We’ll handle the rest!
  • Where can the setup go?
    We can set up indoors or outdoors on flat surfaces like grass, turf, tile, or concrete. For outdoor setups, shade is required if the temperature is above 80°F.
  • How do I book?
    After submitting your form, we’ll confirm availability and send your quote within 24 hours. To book, sign the waiver and contract, and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit + $150 refundable security deposit. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. The $150 deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the event if everything is clean and undamaged. ​
  • How many children can play at once?
    Each setup is designed for a safe maximum of 6 children at a time, depending on the package selected.
  • Can I cancel my rental, I've changed my mind?
    We get it, life happens but we DO NOT accept cancellations if not given advance notice of 7 days. Deposits are Non Refundable.
  • What are your safety rules?
    No shoes/socks are recommended No food, drinks, face paint, slime, glitter or sharp objects in the play area. Adult supervision is required at all times. No furry friends/pets 🐾 All balls must stay in soft-play area No children over 6 yrs allowed in soft-play or toddler bouncer Rough play is not allowed to ensure safety for all little ones.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before your event
  • What age is soft play suitable for?
    Our soft play setups are designed for children ages 1 to 5 years. They’re perfect for toddlers and preschoolers to safely explore, climb, and play.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend reserving at least 2-3 months prior to your event.
  • What time is drop off and pick up?
    Pick up varies on season! Keep in mind we are a family business so we will pick up before it gets too dark. Almost all our rentals are a min of 4 hrs. Fall/Winter: 5:30-6:30pm Spring/Summer: 6:30-7pm
  • What is your policy for extremely dirty or damaged products?
    If rules are not followed and the bouncer/soft-play is extremely dirty or damages are present, your deposit of $150 will be forfeited. If damages exceed $150 other charges will be incurred. Play Garden Rentals must be made whole if any severe damages occurs during your rental. The rules are to ensure the safety of little ones and also the integrity of our inflatables or soft play.
  • Is your equipment cleaned?
    Yes, everything is thoroughly sanitized before and after each event.
  • Can you match my party theme?
    Yes! We offer personalization options and can match most toddler-friendly themes like safari, pastel rainbows, or minimal neutrals.
