Absolutely! Our packages include 4 hours of playtime, but you can extend your rental for just $50 per extra hour. More playtime means more fun for the kids!
Pick up varies on season! Keep in mind we are a family business so we will pick up before it gets too dark. Almost all our rentals are a min of 4 hrs.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before your event
We get it, life happens but we DO NOT accept cancellations if not given advance notice of 7 days. Deposits are Non Refundable.
If it rains on your event day, we recommend having an indoor backup plan. If moving indoors isn't an option, we can reschedule your event or offer a credit, depending on availability. Your little ones' fun shouldn't be dampened by the weather!
If rules are not followed and the bouncer/soft-play is extremely dirty or damages are present, your deposit of $150 will be forfeited. If damages exceed $150 other charges will be incurred.
Play Garden Rentals must be made whole if any severe damages occurs during your rental. The rules are to ensure the safety of little ones and also the integrity of our inflatables or soft play.
No shoes/socks are recommended
No food, drinks, face paint, slime, glitter or sharp objects in the play area.
Adult supervision is required at all times.

We can set up indoors or outdoors on flat surfaces like grass, turf, tile, or concrete. For outdoor setups, shade is required if the temperature is above 80°F.

Our soft play setups are designed for children ages 1 to 5 years. They’re perfect for toddlers and preschoolers to safely explore, climb, and play.

Yes, we offer free delivery within a 20-mile radius of Louisville, KY. For locations beyond this range, an additional fee applies. Just let us know your event location, and we'll confirm the details. We're here to make your event planning as smooth as possible!
Yes! We offer personalization options and can match most toddler-friendly themes like safari, pastel rainbows, or minimal neutrals.
Submit your form, and we'll confirm availability and send a quote within 24 hours. To book, sign the waiver and contract, and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit plus a $150 refundable security deposit. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. The $150 deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the event if everything is clean and undamaged.
