Yes, you can! Our packages come with 4 hours of playtime, but you can extend your rental for an additional $50 per hour.
Pick up varies on season! Keep in mind we are a family business so we will pick up before it gets too dark. Almost all our rentals are a min of 4 hrs.

Yes, Play Garden Party Rentals is fully insured. Please note that a liability waiver must be signed prior to the event.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before your event
We get it, life happens but we DO NOT accept cancellations if not given advance notice of 7 days. Deposits are Non Refundable.
For outdoor events, we suggest having an indoor backup plan. If moving indoors isn't possible, we can either reschedule your event or provide a credit, subject to availability.
If rules are not followed and the bouncer/soft-play is extremely dirty or damages are present, your deposit of $150 will be forfeited. If damages exceed $150 other charges will be incurred.
Play Garden Rentals must be made whole if any severe damages occurs during your rental. The rules are to ensure the safety of little ones and also the integrity of our inflatables or soft play.
No shoes/socks are recommended
No food, drinks, face paint, slime, glitter or sharp objects in the play area.
Adult supervision is required at all times.

All balls must stay in soft-play area

Rough play is not allowed to ensure safety for all little ones.
We can set up indoors or outdoors on flat surfaces like grass, turf, tile, or concrete. For outdoor setups, shade is required if the temperature is above 80°F.
Please make sure the setup area is clean, clear, and flat before our arrival. Measure the space to ensure it matches the size of your chosen package. We'll take care of the rest!
Our soft play setups are designed for children ages 1 to 5 years. They’re perfect for toddlers and preschoolers to safely explore, climb, and play.
Each setup is designed for a safe maximum of 6 children at a time, depending on the package selected.
We offer free delivery within a 20-mile radius of Louisville, KY. For locations beyond this range, an additional fee applies. Please provide your event location for confirmation.
Yes! We offer personalization options and can match most toddler-friendly themes like safari, pastel rainbows, or minimal neutrals.
After submitting your form, we’ll confirm availability and send your quote within 24 hours. To book, sign the waiver and contract, and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit + $150 refundable security deposit.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. The $150 deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the event if everything is clean and undamaged.
